Three key reasons you will not find a thesis from me.

1. The reason I paint or draw is because it allows me to express the ideas I have in my head that I have trouble communicating to others.

2. The reason why I don't write or often discuss my illustrations or paintings is because the explanation of the work is further removed from the original concept and as such is flawed in its very nature.

3. By writing or discussing my paintings or illustrations instead of working on them I have created a contradiction that only weakens my original objective; to express my thought.

I think a successful painting or illustration communicates to the viewer the ideas thoughts and emotions that I had, and it must be able to do so by its own visual content.
